The early years shape far more than school readiness, they shape a child’s character, curiosity, and way of engaging with the world.
Three Dimensions Learning Centre (TDLC) is a growing network of learning centres where education begins with the whole child - Mind, Body, and Spirit, inspired by Indian knowledge traditions and thoughtful early childhood practices.
We invite individuals who believe in meaningful education to bring culturally rooted, holistic preschools to their communities. Build more than a preschool. Create a learning community.
“Seeing TDLC in action made me realise that a preschool can be both meaningful and well-organised. It gave me confidence that this model can create real impact in other communities as well.”
Shalini Singh

In many preschools today, children participate in a wide range of activities, worksheets, and play-based programs. Yet much of early learning still remains surface-level and performance-oriented, focused on visible outputs rather than deeper development.
Children are often encouraged to perform, present, and achieve, but the foundational years require something more essential, inner stability, curiosity, emotional balance, and a strong sense of identity.
At the same time, many early learning environments have gradually become culturally neutral or westernised, creating a disconnect between education and the child’s own cultural roots.
As a result, an important gap has emerged in early childhood education, the need for learning environments that nurture both the inner and outer development of the child.
The TDLC Response
Three Dimensions Learning Centre (TDLC) was created to address this need.
Inspired by the Panchkosha framework from the wisdom traditions of Bharat, the TDLC approach recognises that true development unfolds across multiple dimensions, physical vitality, emotional balance, intellectual curiosity, awareness, and inner wellbeing.
Through this integrated approach, TDLC nurtures children who grow confident, compassionate, culturally grounded, and ready to engage meaningfully with the world.

Many preschools focus mainly on early academics and school readiness. At Three Dimensions Learning Centre (TDLC), the early years are seen as the foundation for shaping the whole child.
Our approach nurtures physical, emotional, intellectual, creative, social, and inner development, helping children grow with confidence, awareness, and compassion.
This is reflected in the core pillars of the TDLC approach:
Kosha Vidya Curriculum: A Panchkosha-inspired curriculum that integrates learning experiences to nurture the child’s body, mind, emotions, creativity, and inner wellbeing.
Panchkosha Inspired Learning: Guided by the Panchkosha framework, supporting holistic development across multiple dimensions.
Hands, Heart, and Nature Based Learning: Children learn through hands-on exploration, storytelling, music, movement, and nature experiences.
Rooted in Culture, Ready for the Future: Children grow with cultural grounding and values, while developing confidence and future-ready abilities.
A Learning Community: TDLC centres bring together children, educators, and families in a supportive learning environment.

The ideas behind TDLC have been practically implemented through the TDLC centre in Aligarh, which has successfully completed its first year. In a short time, the centre has earned a strong reputation in the city as a distinctive preschool that approaches the foundational years with depth and care.
The Aligarh experience demonstrates that the Panchkosha-based approach can be meaningfully implemented in early childhood education, nurturing children with confidence, curiosity, and cultural grounding.
Indicators from the TDLC Aligarh Journey
Strong Parent Trust: Happy and satisfied parents have become strong supporters and ambassadors of the TDLC approach.
Distinct Identity in the City: Recognised as a unique and thoughtful preschool in Aligarh.
Successful Panchkosha Implementation: Integrated into everyday learning experiences.
High Parent Engagement: Active participation through regular interactions and events.
Visible Child Development: Parents observe greater confidence, curiosity, and expression in children.
Growing Community Interest: Increasing attention from families and educators.
This experience now forms the foundation for expanding TDLC to other cities through partners who wish to establish similar learning spaces in their communities.

Starting a TDLC centre offers the opportunity to build a distinctive preschool that responds to the growing demand for thoughtful and holistic early childhood education.
Partnering with Three Dimensions Learning Centre (TDLC) allows you to:

TDLC offers partners the opportunity to build not just a preschool, but a trusted learning centre for families in their community.

Starting a TDLC learning centre begins with a certain orientation towards childhood, education, and community. Many who feel drawn to this journey recognise some of these qualities in themselves:
Belief in Bharatiya Wisdom: A conviction that the knowledge traditions and cultural heritage of Bharat have an important place in education.
Understanding the Importance of Early Years: A recognition that the foundational years (ages 2–6) shape the character, confidence, and lifelong learning of a child.
Commitment to Meaningful Education: A desire to contribute to an education that nurtures the whole child, not just early academics.
Vision for Community Impact: The aspiration to create a respected and meaningful learning space for families in one’s city.
Spirit of Enterprise: The readiness to build and grow a responsible and sustainable education venture.
Capacity to Enable a Learning Centre: The ability to bring together the space, people, and commitment required to establish a high-quality preschool.
If these values resonate with you, starting a TDLC centre may be a journey worth exploring.

Starting a TDLC centre does not mean building everything on your own. Partners receive a structured support system that guides the educational philosophy, operational setup, and community engagement of the centre.
The Three Dimensions Partner Support System ensures that each centre is able to establish a strong learning environment, smooth operational processes, and meaningful connections with families and the wider community.
Through this framework, partners are supported in building a centre that is educationally thoughtful, operationally practical, and financially sustainable.

TDLC is expanding gradually through carefully chosen partners who wish to contribute to meaningful early childhood education in their communities.
