Growth Gurukul Learning Solutions grew out of a simple conviction: education should help children grow as complete human beings. Everything we create, whether curriculum, teacher development programmes or school partnerships, begins with that belief. Drawing from Indian Knowledge Systems, we work alongside educators to make holistic learning practical for today's classrooms.
Our work is not about bringing back the past. It is about rediscovering ideas that still have the power to shape the future of education.
A journey that found a deeper purpose
The journey of Growth Gurukul began long before the organisation itself was established.
For years, our work centred around creating educational resources through Blue Orange Publications. As we collaborated with schools, teachers and children across the country, our understanding of education continued to deepen. Every interaction pointed towards the same truth. Schools needed more than quality books or classroom resources. They were looking for an approach that could nurture the whole child while remaining meaningful and practical for teachers.
What began with publishing gradually evolved into curriculum design, teacher development and educational innovation. Growth Gurukul Learning Solutions emerged as the natural next chapter of this journey, bringing together years of experience with a renewed commitment to holistic education.

Every challenge became a new beginning.
Like many educational organisations, the years during the pandemic changed the course of our journey.
Schools closed. Classrooms became digital. Teachers found themselves navigating unfamiliar challenges, while children needed emotional support as much as academic continuity.
Those years encouraged us to look beyond conventional learning.
We began working extensively in Social Emotional Learning, supporting educators through training programmes and developing practical tools that addressed the changing needs of schools. As conversations around holistic education gained momentum through the National Education Policy 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework, we found ourselves drawn towards the Panchakosha framework.
It wasn't simply another educational model.
It brought together many of the questions we had been exploring for years and offered a deeper understanding of child development that felt both timeless and remarkably relevant.
That discovery shaped the direction of Growth Gurukul and continues to guide our work today.

During our 17+ years in educational leadership, our work has been recognised across educational platforms for its contribution to learning, leadership and innovation.
Some milestones that continue to inspire our journey include:
Indian Legends Award: Best Early Education Publication & Solution Provider.
IIT Delhi & Edu-Excellence: Recognized as a School Leader Coach for two consecutive years (2018-2019).
GESS Dubai & DIDAC: Represented Indian educational publishing on a global stage.
GSLC Presentation: Delivered insights on Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
IndiaCSR Magazine: Contributed an article on "Education in the Post-COVID World."
Academic Contributions: Presented papers at EduCarnival (IIT Delhi) and other prestigious forums on sustainable education and the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
Every recognition reminds us that meaningful change in education is always a collective effort.

Every organisation has a beginning.
Growth Gurukul began with a question that refused to leave me.
Can education help children become more fully human?
For many years, I searched for answers through books, classrooms, conversations with educators and continuous learning. Each experience revealed another piece of the larger picture.
Children do not grow in separate compartments. Their learning, emotions, relationships, values and sense of self are deeply connected.
Discovering the Panchakosha framework did not change my direction. It gave language to what I had intuitively experienced over years of working with schools and teachers.
Growth Gurukul is the outcome of that journey.
It is my attempt to create educational experiences that are rooted in India's knowledge traditions while remaining practical for today's classrooms.
If this work resonates with you, I warmly invite you to become a part of this growing community of educators who believe that learning can be both deeply rooted and forward looking.
