Our philosophy is rooted in the Panchkosha framework from the Taittiriya Upanishad, which sees every child as an integration of five interconnected layers. In the early years, these layers take shape through movement, breath, emotion, imagination, relationships, and lived experience.
When all five koshas grow together, children develop balance, clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness.
Annamaya Kosha (Physical Layer): Movement, touch, balance, and sensory routines strengthen the child’s body, helping them feel safe, grounded, and ready to explore.
Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Layer): Breath, rhythm, and emotional regulation grow through calm routines, music, rhythmic activities, and gentle breathwork.
Manomaya Kosha (Mind–Emotional Layer): Stories, play, expression, and supportive relationships nurture emotional intelligence, imagination, and a healthy inner life.
Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Layer): Observation, inquiry, real-life experiences, and value-oriented conversations build early reasoning, reflection, and judgment.
